RACINE, Wis. (AP) - A Racine County judge is allowing a man accused of assaulting an 8-year-old neighbor to stay in his home.

Sixty-year-old Robert Lambkin is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child. He allegedly molested the girl Feb. 12 while she was walking through an alley near her Racine home.

A court commissioner set a $10,000 signature bond for Lambkin Feb. 13 and ordered him confined on house arrest, noting Lambkin walks with a crutch and has heart problems.

But The Journal Times reports prosecutors later filed a request that Lambkin change residences because the girl had panic attacks from hearing his voice while she was outside.

On Friday, a judge ordered that all shades be drawn inside Lambkin's home and he cannot venture out if the girl is outside.
