MADISON (AP) - Someone who bought a Mega Millions ticket on Milwaukee's south side will be having a very merry Christmas.
The Wisconsin lottery says the ticket is a $1 million winner. The ticket, sold at a Pick N' Save store, matched five regular winning numbers, but not the Mega Ball. Normally the ticket would be worth $250,000, but the lucky player also bought the multiplier feature which boosted the prize to $1 million.
The winner has 180 days to claim the prize.
