MADISON (AP) - The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is encouraging college students who worked in the state last year to file their taxes electronically before spring break.
The department says by using e-file students can receive any tax refunds they may be due in just days.
The department encourages everyone to use e-file, but it's using the upcoming spring break holiday to make a concerted pitch to college students.
Most people already file electronically. The department says about 80 percent of the roughly 3 million tax returns submitted will come electronically.
