PULASKI - A referendum for the Pulaski School District did not pass Tuesday night.

The $33 million referendum would have included technology upgrades for every school in the district.

It also would have included $12 million for a new pool and sports complex.

If the referendum would have passed, homeowners would have seen their property taxes go up.
