Oshkosh's Wara and Cerroni honored

MADISON - The UW Oshkosh Titans football team has their perfect season on the line on Saturday against St. Scholastica in the D-III playoffs, but today they had two of their members honored by the conference.

Head coach Pat Cerroni was honored as the George Chryst Coach of the Year, while quarterback Nate Wara was honored as the league's Player of the Year.  Wara had 2,389 passing yards with 22 touchdowns, against just one interception, to lead the league.  He also rushed for seven scores.  He is the third Titans player to earn the league's top award.
