Phoenix get big road win at Marquette

Ritchie leads the way with 17 points

MILWAUKEE - Trailing 26-23 at the half, the Green Bay women's basketball team  put on a defensive display in the second half to defeat Marquette 55-46 on the road on Saturday.

Adrian Ritchie scored a game high 17 points for the Phoenix. She also had 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Stephanie Sension added 14 points for Green Bay while Megan Lukan chipped in 5 steals and 5 assists.

The Phoenix forced 17 Marquette turnovers in the second half en route to improving to 31-8 all-time against the Golden Eagles. Green Bay is now 6-2 on the season while Marquette fell to 4-4.
