St. Norbert hoops opens season with win

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert basketball opened their 2012-2013 campaign with a lopsided win. The Green Knights topped UW-Oshkosh 79-49 on the road, the biggest winning margin in series history, which dates back to 1917-1918.
St. Norbert was led in scoring by Brandon Gries with 19 points.
UW-Oshkosh head coach Pat Juckem made his regular season debut. He took over the Titans in the summer after coaching at Coe College in Iowa.
