OSHKOSH, WI - The UW-Oshkosh Titans football team moved to 5-0 for the first time since 1968 thanks to a 50-13 win over UW-Eau Claire Saturday. UWO set school records with 35 first downs and 69 rushes. The Titans finished with 637 total yards of offense on the day. Nate Wara went 12 of 21 through the air for 198 yards and a touchdown. He also led the team in rushing with 104 yards and a touchdown. Cole Myhra added 83 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns.
Mt. VERNON, IA - St. Nobert College's first road trip to Cornell College in 20 years was a successful one as the Green Knights beat the Rams 20-16 on Saturday. James Tringali went 19 of 29 passing for St. Nobert, accounting for 195 yards and a touchodwn. Austin Williams led the team in rushing with 21 carries for 72 yards while Joe Green caught six passes for 43 yards. The win moves St. Norbert to 4-2 overall and 4-1 in Midwest Conference play.
APPLETON, WI - Carroll University put a damper on Lawrence University's Hall of Fame day beating the Vikings 50-6. Ben Hartman led the Viking offense with 13 carries for 68 yards and a touchdown. The loss drops Lawrence to 1-4 overall and 1-4 in Midwest Conference play.
