GREEN BAY - The basketball season is over and Northeastern Wisconsin captured four state titles and one second-place finish.

Pulaski won the lone boys state title in the area, while N.E.W. Lutheran won a silver ball. Meanwhile, Notre Dame, Kewaunee and Algoma won state titles in girls basketball as the area has won six of the last 10 state titles in girls basketball.

Now that the season is over, here are the final FOX 11 Top 11 boys and girls basketball rankings. On the boys’ side it was pretty easy to determine which team should be No. 1 as only one team won a state title.

Pulaski replaced Little Chute, which was No. 1. The Mustangs dropped to No. 4 after a state semifinal loss.
The girls’ side has three state champs, but the No. 1 spot was given to Kewaunee, which split the season series with No. 2 Algoma and beat No. 3 Notre Dame. Also, the Storm repeated as Division 3 state champs.

Algoma was given the No. 2 spot based on record, as Notre Dame had six losses. Nonetheless, the Tritons had a great season.

Previous No. 1 De Pere dropped to No. 5, while No.2  New London fell to No. 4 after losing in a state semifinal.
