That's according to report released Thursday by the DNR.
Wisconsin hunters registered 366,747 deer during the 2012 seasons.
That's a five percent increase from last year.
Of the grand total, 245,539 deer were killed during the traditional nine-day November gun season.
Another 93,452 were taken during the archery season.
Of the archery season total, 45,775 were bucks, making it the new record buck archery harvest of all time for the state.
All other combined gun seasons added an additional 27,756 deer.
The numbers aren't final. The archery season continues in metro units.
