GREEN BAY - Green Bay’s mayor is paying up on a friendly wager.
Mayor Jim Schmitt and San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee bet on the outcome of Saturday’s divisional playoff game.
Since the Packers lost, Schmitt has sent a variety of Green Bay goodies to Mayor Lee. They include cheese curds from Renard's Cheese Store & Deli, Titletown Sparkling Wine from Captain’s Walk Winery, and Seroogy's Homemade Chocolates.
If the Packers won, Lee would have sent San Francisco sourdough bread, Anchor Steam Beer, and TCHO Chocolate.
