Packers hope to bounce back

Looking to stop Adrian Peterson

GREEN BAY - The first time the Packers played the Vikings, running back Adrian Peterson ran for 210 yards.

Sunday in game two they did much better, just 199 yards.

With the two teams playing again on Saturday, the Packers have to review their game plan.

The Packers are hoping to stop Adrian Peterson and not allow him to run all over them once again.

These two teams split their two games this year with each team winning at their home field.

With the playoffs now upon them, it doesn't matter who they play, they need to bring the intensity.

“There's nothing but positive right now, this is playoff football, and yes, we had every intention of winning the game. To play here at Lambeau Field on Saturday night you couldn't ask for more than that. We know who our opponent is. The preparation for our opponent should be pretty clean,” said head coach Mike McCarthy. “We’ll make our adjustments but this is about playoff football. You've got to do all the little things all the time for four quarters and that's one thing we can learn from yesterday."
