GREEN BAY - Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is a finalist for the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Year, the NFL announced Monday.
The other finalists are New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.
Fan voting for the honor runs until Friday, January 25 at 8 p.m. central.
During the week leading up to Super Bowl XLVII, FedEx plans to announce the winner. A $25,000 donation will be awarded in the player's name to Junior Achievement offices in their city. The funding is used to help U.S. small business development, by educating the next generation of entrepreneurs on how to start and grow their own businesses.
