MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Milwaukee Bucks will play a preseason home game at the Resch Center in Green Bay, WI, the team announced today. The Bucks will square off against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday, October 10, 2009, at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for the game will go on sale Wednesday, August 12 at the Resch Center. The Bucks complete 2009 Preseason Schedule will be announced later this week.

The game will give fans in Green Bay their first chance to see Bucks draft picks Brandon Jennings (1st round, 10th overall) and Jodie Meeks (2nd round, 41st overall), along with the rest of Milwaukee’s roster, including last year’s draft picks Joe Alexander and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, and veterans Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut. The squad will face a Chicago Bulls team led by 2009 NBA Rookie of the Year Derrick Rose that nearly advanced to the second round of the 2009 NBA Playoffs.

Milwaukee did not play a game in Green Bay during the 2008 preseason. Prior to that, the team made appearances at the Resch Center in four consecutive Octobers from 2004 to 2007, with their last contest coming on October 16, 2007 against the Denver Nuggets.
