Below is a transcript of the 911 call made moments after the world's number one golfer Tiger Woods was involved in an auto accident just outside of his home in Windermere, Florida.
911 Operator: 911 Whats your emergency?
Caller: I have - This is uh (redacted) in our subdivision. I need an ambulance immediately. I have someone down in front of my house they hit a pole.
911 Operator: Is it a car accident sir? Sir is it a car accident? Hello? Sir? Hello? It's a car accident, sir?
Caller: It's a car accident, yes
911 Operator: Are they trapped inside the vehicle
Caller: No, they're laying on the ground now.
911 Operator: Stay on the line for medical dont hang up OK? It's in front of your house correct?
911 Operator 1: OK sir medical is on the line sir.
911 Operator 2: Fire/rescue whats the address?

Caller: Yes, Windermere, Florida in our subdivision.
911 Operator 2: What happened, whats wrong?
Caller: I have a neighbor, he hit the tree. We came out here just to see what was going on - I see him and he's laying down.
911 Operator 2: He hit a tree - you mean there was an auto accident?
Caller: Yes, there was an auto accident, yes.
911 Operator 2: OK, Is he outside or inside your car. Your phone broke up - I heard inside. You there?
911 Operator 1: Hello, sir you there?
911 Operator 2: Your phone broke up there. can you repeat your phone number? Is he unconscious?
Caller: Yes
911 Operator 2: Are you able to tell if he's he breathing?
Caller: Can't tell right now.
911 Operator 2: We do have help on the way. What color is his car?
Caller: It's a black escalade
Woman: What happened? Is anyone able to open the door?
Caller: We're trying to figure out right now
911 Operator 1: Is he trapped inside of the vehicle?
Caller: We're trying to figure out what happened. We're figuring that out right now. We're on the phone with the police right now
911 Operator 2: Your phone's breaking up can you hear me sir?
Caller: Hello?
911 Operator 2: I'm here, We got paramedics on the way but I'm going to stay on the phone
Caller: OK.
911 Operator 1: Is he on the ground or is he in the car?
Caller (inaudible)
911 Operator 2: Hello you there still?
Caller: Yes, I'm still here.
911 Operator 2: Your phone is real staticky but we're still here.
Caller: OK
911 Operator 2: As soon as I know I'll let you know how far away they are too.
911 Operator 2: Are you with him right now?
Caller: Yes, I'm with him
911 Operator 2: Tell me how he's breathing
911 Operator 2: He is breathing?
911 Operator 1: Sir are you there? Hello?
911 Operator 2I heard a click.
911 Operator 1: I'm hearing that too.
911 Operator 2: His phone must have gone out of range. We should be there in a couple of minutes.
