Wind chill advisory in effect

A wind chill advisory is in effect for parts of Northeast Wisconsin, but has been dropped for areas along Lake Michigan and from Green Bay southward.

Lows tonight will be frigid one again, reaching -6°, but wind chills won't be quite as bitter -- about -20° tonight. Still, this could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 20-30 minutes, so be sure to bundle up and limit time outside late tonight and early Wednesday.

High temperatures may actually get into the double digits tomorrow under partly cloudy skies, and by Thursday we'll claw our way into the mid teens.

But by that time, clouds will be on the increase, and we could see some snow Thursday night and intro Friday. The good news? Temperatures finally hit the 20s on Friday despite the light snow, and should continue to moderate from there on out.
