FOX 11 Storm Trackers

    As your source for Severe Weather Coverage, FOX 11 WLUK is committed to covering weather better than anyone else -- across the state and in your neighborhood. To achieve this goal, we're forming the " FOX 11 STORM TRACKERS" -- a team of people like you who will give us daily updates, pictures and video showing the weather where you live.

    To apply to be a Storm Tracker, send an email to: StormTrackers-Signup@wluk.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   with the following information:

    • Your Name
    • Your Address
    • Your Phone Number
    • A digital photo showing the weather where you live
    • Why you'd like to join the FOX 11 STORM TRACKERS network
    • The type of weather gauges (thermometer, wind, rain, etc.) you own or have access to on your property or in your neighborhood

     

    To qualify, you should be able to answer yes to the following questions:

    • Can you email daily weather reports to FOX 11 from your area?
    • Can you email daily pictures and/or video to FOX 11 from your area?
    • Are you able to access the internet 24 hours a day?
    • Are you willing to call in with descriptions of the weather where you live, to be used on-air, either live or on tape?


    Once we receive your emailed application, we will review it carefully. We will let you know if you've been chosen to be a member of the " FOX 11 STORM TRACKERS" team. Good luck!

    WLUK FOX 11 Storm Trackers Terms & Conditions:
    By submitting digital weather photos you agree to allow WLUK FOX 11 to post your content on-air and online. You will retain copyright and credit of your photo when used, but FOX 11 may retain your photos for future use or archival purposes and freely distribute them to other media and partner organizations, if applicable.

    FOX 11 Storm Trackers will not be compensated for such use.

    Unsolicited Submissions:
    WLUK FOX 11 does not accept unsolicited submissions including weather observations, phone calls, email or photo content. If unsolicited submissions are sent to FOX 11, they will become the property of FOX 11 and may be used, copied, displayed or deleted under our discretion. You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever and that by sending an unsolicited submission you waive the right to make any claim against WLUK FOX 11, its parent or partner organizations.

    Your Privacy:
    In the interest of your privacy, FOX 11 will NOT disclose your personal information including your telephone number or email address to any third party unless approved by you in writing.
