Snow has accumulated about 2 inches in Green Bay and the Fox Cities so far this morning resulting in snow-covered streets and making driving a bit hazardous.
Snow showers will continue this morning and some locations could pick up an additional inch, particularly Door County.
It will become windy and colder throughout the day. Strong west/northwest winds will gust to 35 mph at times and temperatures will drop to the mid teens by 5 pm.
Wind Chills will plummet to near zero by 8 am and be below zero this afternoon.
Be prepared for the snow and cold and make sure the kids are bundled up.
Sunshine returns for Wednesday, but cold weather persists with highs in the upper teens.
A winter storm approaches from the southwest on Thursday into Friday.
The track of this storm is still coming together and FOX 11 Meteorologists are closely monitoring the track of the system.
