Winter Storm Elijah: Road conditions

    Angela Kelly is checking out road conditions this morning.

    The picture was taken on Ashland Avenue in the Green Bay area, as of 5 a.m. Thursday, there's a layer of snow on it.

    The video was taken on Highway 41 southbound near Wrightstown.  Angela took this video while our photojournalist was driving.

    Angela says the highway does not seem slippery.  There is no snow on highway at all, but there's more drizzle the further south we go.

    Angela says windshield wipers are at full speed.
