While we have plenty of winter left before we can close the book on our season totals, things have been very slow thus far. And the lack of snow this year is even starker when compared to last year's remarkable totals. Is our all-time record for the least-snowy winter ever at risk? FOX 11 Meteorologist Phil DeCastro takes a look at where we stand now, not only compared to last year but to where we stand all-time.
