March means spring and snow for Wisconsin

With more snow in the forecast many people are hoping for warmer weather. But snow is no stranger in Wisconsin during March.
March is the 4th snowiest month with an average of 8.9" of snow falling. Even last year with record warmth we also saw heavy snow. Here is a look back at March snow totals the past 5 years in Green Bay.
