The seasons are changing. Just after midnight, we closed the books on the astronomical winter. There were just three named winter storms this season: Angela, Bob and Crystal. Aside from those storms, things were pretty dry and extremely mild. Meteorologist Phil DeCastro has more on the record-breaking winter.
