So far, 2013 has started off dry in Wisconsin, but some relief is expected in the late winter and early spring.

Dry to severely dry conditions exist in Wisconsin, the worst drought is in northwest Wisconsin.

Above normal precipitation is forecast for February, March, and April. This precipitation should ease drought conditions in Northwest Wisconsin.

Green Bay precipitation is .30 inches below normal for 2013.

Last year, Green Bay saw 2.01 inches above normal precipitation, though most cities in the Badger State had below normal values.
