ASHWAUBENON - A dry start to the year is bringing up concerns about a possible drought in Wisconsin. Relatively little snow last winter has left many areas drier than normal. The DNR has increased the wildfire danger in some parts of the state. Most of the state is now under a "moderate" risk. But will things get better or worse in the coming weeks? Meteorologist Phil DeCastro explains.
