ASHWAUBENON - The past week hasn't been very good for the snowpack in Northeast Wisconsin. But the snow didn't really start disappearing until the rain arrived. FOX 11 Meteorologist Phil DeCastro explains why the mild temperatures and sunshine weren't enough on their own.
