Wisconsin residents coping with Blizzard Brianna

(AP) - People across Wisconsin are coping with Blizzard Brianna.

Osseo woke up to at least 10 inches of snow but the Norske Nook restaurant and bakery is open. Owner Jean Zingshiem says the area is used to what she calls "blizzardy" conditions and the weather won't upset her business.

In Madison, Bill Riggins rode his bicycle about five miles to his job at the University of Wisconsin because he says it would have been more trouble to drive. Riggins says the trip took him about 40 minutes instead of the usual 25 and he figures getting home tonight will take about an hour as conditions worsen.
