I signed up to receive your newsletters, but have not received anything. Why?
In order to receive our newsletters you must confirm your subscription by clicking on the link in the confirmation message sent to your email address. Please check to ensure that you've provided the correct email address.
Some ISPs will block content from domains in an effort to control spam. The level of control varies from company to company. Roadrunner, Centurytel and NetNet users are experiencing this more than others. While managing spam-blocking is outside of our control, you can check your junk or spam folder for these messages, and then add our addresses to your safe sender list. This will ensure that future messages do not get blocked. Both the signup confirmation and newsletters/alerts will be addressed from wluk.com.
Finally, if you still cannot locate a confirmation message or daily newsletter email AND have verified it is not in your spam or junk folder, it is most likely being blocked at the ISP level before it reaches your mailbox. You will need to contact your ISP and request that they allow these messages to be sent.
As an alternate, try signing up for a free Hotmail or Yahoo email account. Sign up for our newsletters using that account using the steps indicated above.
