Mexican mortar filled with steak strips,
grilled chicken, pork, jumbo shrimp, queso
fresco, grilled tender cactus, bell peppers,
jalapenos and onions. Served with rice,
beans and corn or flour tortillas.
- 4 oz. Chorizo(Mexican sausage)
-Green peppers,onions,and cactus.
- 3 oz. Queso fresco strips
- seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika)
- 2 oz. Milagro Silver tequila
- 2 0z. Grand Marnier
- 3-4 oz. Sweet and sour
-splash of sangria
