*Numbness and tingling in feet, hands and face
*Severe pain and lack of sensation
*In severe cases this can lead to gangrene which can happen in a matter of minutes if the temp it low
Ways to prevent
*Bundle up and layer
*Don't stay outside for long periods of time.
Ways to handle this at home
*First thing, get out of the cold
*Drink warm fluids
*Cover with warm bandages
*Don't rub your hands, could do more damage to tissue
*Soak in WARM water, not hot
