FOX 11's Angela Kelly paid a visit to Better Body Fitness Bootcamps for Good Day Wisconsin.

The boot camp classes are held six days a week, with class times in the morning and and evening.
Members pay one flat fee per month and can attend as many classes as they like. If you are new, you can sign up to attend one week worth of classes for free. All classes are held at the Sports Advantage Center , located at 807 Parkview Road in Ashwaubenon.
