FOND DU LAC - Kelley Country Creamery in Fond du Lac is now open for the season! FOX 11's Emily Deem stopped by the Creamery to meet the Kelley family and try some of their sweet treats!
The Creamery is opening their doors for the third season of crafting award-winning old-fashioned premium farmstead ice cream.
The Kelley family is excited for the spring season and are also excited to celebrate their Irish roots.
Special features for March include the flavor of the month, "Moo Brew", a beer flavored ice cream along with St. Patrick's Day Specialty Sundaes:
- Top of the Mornin': Kelley's Irish Cream Ice Cream topped with hot fudge and cream de menthe
- Pot of Gold: Whitewash Vanilla Ice Cream topped with caramel, bananas and pecans
- End of the Rainbow: Cow Jumped Over the Moon Ice Cream topped with marshmallow, rainbow sprinkles, and a candy rainbow
- Shamrock Sundae: Lee's Mint Ice Cream topped with hot fudge, marshmallow, shamrock sprinkles and a shamrock cookies
