3 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup your favorite Louisiana hot sauce
Place wings on greased foil baking pans. Don't overcrowd. Drizzle wings with oil. Generously sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides of chicken. Bake at 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle well with hot sauce and bake for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch salad dressing, extra hot sauce and celery, if desired.
