1 container (7 ounces) prepared pesto sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pkg. (16 ounces) cavatappi or spiral pasta, cooked and cooled
2 to 3 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
In a large bowl whisk together first 3 ingredients. Mix in pasta, tomatoes, and chicken. Stir well. Refrigerate at least an hour until ready to serve. Top with cheese and pine nuts before serving.
