1 oz Sweet Vermouth (Dolin if possible)
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until cold and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Express oils from a lemon zest over your cocktail and drop the zest into the Manhattan.

2-3 dashes of Orange bitters
