5 ounces Boursin or garlic cream cheese
1/2 cup cooked shredded or finely diced chicken
2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons dried dill or parsley
Mix Boursin or cream cheese with chicken until well blended.
Unroll crescent rolls. When you unroll the crescent rolls, 2 triangles are attached making a big square. Cut each square into 4 triangles.
Place a little of the chicken mixture on the center of each triangle and fold the corners in over the chicken.
Place bundles on a foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Brush each with a little butter. Sprinkle each bundle with dill or parsley. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 14 minutes or until golden.
