Ingredients for cake:
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp chipotle pepper powder
Divide into 24 cupcake wrappers
Mix ingredients in bow and pour batter into cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes.
8 oz dark chocolate (broken up in small pieces)
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp chipotle
Heat up milk once it starts to boil add in chipotle powder bring it back to a quick boil and pour over chocolate. Let it stand for a little bit and then whisk it all together. Let cool.
Avocado Lime Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
4 1/2 cups powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 avocados (puree with the juice of one lime)
Cream butter, shortening and avocado together till nice and creamy. Slowly add powder sugar and vanilla. Mix until it is light and fluffy.
Once ganache is cooled spread a thin layer on top of each cupcake then pipe on frosting and top with the ganache.
