GREEN BAY - A 36-year-old Green Bay man is charged with a operating while intoxicated fifth offense.
Officials say the man was stopped Sunday morning just before 1:30 on South Broadway Street for driving without headlights.
After he was stopped, a passenger fled on foot. Officials attempted to find the passenger with the help of a K-9 unit but were unable to locate the suspect.
Meanwhile, the driver was given a field sobriety test. Authorities say the man was taken into custody for suspicion of operating while intoxicated fifth offense.
The man was also charged with operating after revocation sixth offense and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
