HOUSTON (CNN/KHOU) - A Houston bakery is adding to the excitement of watching and waiting for a royal baby.
Bakers created a life-sized cake of Catherine, the duchess of Cambridge, holding her yet-to-be-born bundle of joy.
"We're sculpting her torso from Rice Krispies and some foam support," said bakery owner Nadine Moon. "We're doing the skirt with layers of cake and foam. That's why we keep running back and putting this in the fridge, and we have the head also stuffed with some Rice Krispies."
The cake will debut this weekend at a bridal shower in Houston.
Then it's expected to be shipped to Kensington Palace
