The ticket was sold at Crooks Express on Crooks Avenue.
The ticket matched all five regular winning numbers in Wednesday's drawing.
The numbers were 2-9-26-45-47, the Powerball was 11.
No ticket in any state matched all six winning numbers, pushing Saturday's jackpot to $203 million.
The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the ticket.
This is the sixth $1 million Powerball ticket sold in Wisconsin in 2013.
