APPLETON - Firefighters responded to a fire in the 1000 block of E. Randall Street in Appleton just after 12:30 Saturday morning.
The building was a duplex with one side vacant and the other side occupied.
No one was injured.
The fire was under control by 3:00 a.m.
Half of the building is considered a total loss.
The Red Cross is providing assistance to the people displaced by the fire.
