OSHKOSH - Oshkosh police are looking for a missing woman who they say is cognitively disabled.
Julie A. McCauley, 37, was last seen Tuesday in Oshkosh. At 7 a.m. Thursday, police say she called her workplace to say she would not be coming in.
Her cell phone records indicate she may have been in the area of Hillwind Rd. in Plymouth on Thursday.
McCauley is described as 5-foot-7, weighing 215 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair. It is not known what she is wearing.
