Schultz of Campbellsport, was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. A second passenger, 17-year-old Giovanni M. Clouse of the Dotyville area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Clouse and Schultz were identified as students at Campbellsport High School. Police say they notified school officials of the crash.
