GREENVILLE - We got a sneak peek Wednesday at some new food offerings in the terminal of the Outagamie County Regional Airport.
The stand will be called the Fox Cities Eatery and will feature Wisconsin food staples. Beer, brats, burgers and cheese curds will be on the menu for travelers once they get through the security check in.
The airport's director says it was in response to a need and a request by passengers.
"It really does create more buzz for the airport to be able to offer these amenities and passengers have been asking for hot food service, full service food past screening,” said Abe Weber, director of the Outagamie County Regional Airport.
The new food offerings will be in addition to the prepackaged snacks already available beyond security for passengers.
The menu will be ready for passengers in two weeks.
