A plea hearing has been scheduled for the man who allegedly crashed into a group of motorcyclists, killing two of them.
According to online court records, Clinton Lovelace will appear in Fond du Lac County court at 2:00 pm Tuesday for what is labeled as a "plea hearing."
Lovelace is currently scheduled to stand trial Oct. 9 on 13 charges, including two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
Authorities claim Lovelace's car crossed the center line on Highway 151 East of Fond du Lac, killing Dan Winsemius and Doug Yonkers.
According to Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney, Lovelace is expected to plead to at least one of the homicide-related counts.
