MENASHA - Menasha police say one of the drivers involved in a high-speed crash has turned himself in.
It happened after 8 p.m. Wednesday on Water Street. Officials say two vehicles were racing when one of the vehicles hit a light pole and a dumpster.
By the time officers arrived, no one involved in the crash was still at the scene.
Menasha police say the driver of the vehicle was not seriously injured.
He is cooperating with the investigation.
