TOWNSHIP OF ROSENDALE - A 24-year-old Rosendale man is dead following a single-vehicle rollover Saturday morning.
The man was driving westbound on Rose Eld Road about a mile west of Highway 26 around 8:30 a.m.
Official say he failed to negotiate a curve in the road. His SUV went off the road, became airborne, rolled several times and ended up on its roof.
The 24-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene. He was the only person in the SUV.
Authorities say speed and alcohol are possible factors in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation.
