GREEN BAY - Another bridge is out in Green Bay, but unlike the Leo Frigo, this one shouldn't affect the daily drive.
That's because it's at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
The long-time car bridge to the park's Observation Building was removed earlier this week.
The bridge is being replaced by a new one that will have two lanes and walkways.
The sanctuary director say the replacement will add to the park's beauty as well as its safety.
"We won't have pedestrians walking in the car lanes like we had with the old bridge, so it'll be much safer," said director Mike Reed.
The project is expected to take a little more than a month.
Until then, visitors can get to the Observation Building by using the bridge that crosses the lagoon.
