UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Kevin Payette, 48, of the Hobart area. Coroner Ruth Wulgaert says he died of multiple blunt-force injuries, at the scene.
SEYMOUR, Wis. (AP) - Authorities are investigating an accident that left a bicyclist dead in Outagamie County of northeastern Wisconsin.
The sheriff's department says a passenger vehicle hit the bicyclist late Saturday afternoon in the Township of Seymour.
The bicyclist died at the scene.
Post-Crescent Media report that authorities haven't said whether the driver was arrested or cited, and are withholding the identities of those involved in the crash.
The sheriff's department says it will be conducting a full investigation.
