GREEN BAY - The owner of a defunct Green Bay business was convicted Monday of selling synthetic marijuana.
Michael Denis, 65, pleaded no contest in Brown County court to two felony counts.
A raid of Imports Plus smoke shop in November 2012 found truck loads of the drug which is banned in Wisconsin.
And when authorities searched the home of Denis, they say they found even more.
Denis will be sentenced Nov. 12.
