GREEN BAY - A Michigan-based developer is reaffirming its commitment to redevelop a property in downtown Green Bay.
Edgewater Resources announced Thursday it plans to submit a proposal to the city council to buy the Clarion Hotel.
The city bought the hotel and is looking for a buyer.
Edgewater has said it wants to demolish the current building and replace it with a 14 to 16-story hotel, restaurant, and marina.
The company says its plans will support the upcoming expansion of the neighboring KI Convention Center.
